Marlborough Terrace

We were fortunate enough to work in partnership with renowned company “David Robinson Architecture” for this specialist Listed Building extension and renovation. It wasn’t without its challenges and on the second day we discovered a large void disguised by an ancient piece of slate resting on top. In collaboration with David we dealt with this unusual and unexpected find swiftly and with the utmost care, thought and detail causing minimum impact and disruption to the overall project.

From the photo gallery you can see we created a modern, flexible space ideal for either relaxing or entertaining whilst keeping the original character of the existing building. The beautiful bifold doors and landscaped terraced patio serve not only as stunning features but connect both the inside and outside together. This fantastic project was a shortlisted finalist for “Best extension or alteration to an existing building” 2020 for the West of England LABC
